Screen Description

In the Add Special Use Room you can add a room to your list of rooms that is associated with your department, exists in the room inventory, and is usually not used for instruction.

Details

• Department
  • The department for which you are adding the Special Use Room
• Building
  • A building from the list of buildings associated with your department
• Room Number
  • Room number of the room you want to add
  • It must exist in that building and in the room inventory

Operations

• Add New (Alt+A)
  • Add this Special Use Room to your list of rooms and go back to the Rooms screen
• Back (Alt+B)
  • Go back to the Rooms screen without adding a new room to your list
